I think sportsmen (notice I said, “sportsmen”) changed over from lead shot when they thought they might lose ducks because of lead poisoning. Not that they didn’t gripe for years, and some still do. But I don’t see the same correlation here as far as lead goes.

The easy access to extraordinary firearms and ammo should be banned. I think there should be a clear definition of “traditional” ammunition and feedback from everyone — hunter, campers, industry reps and conservation groups.

I’ve always liked their lures; they were the first ones I saw when I was growing up because they were so shiny. This one looks like a winner, esp. early and late when the bass are staging.

The National Park Service is expected to do something to protect American families. Pressure is on them because of things like easy availability of AK-47s and .50 cal sniper ammunition.

Looks like a great bass lure. I grew up fishing little silver and gold floating rapalas for bass… Now I am outside the south, but on occasion I still like to head down there and carth a bucket mouth or two for old times sake.
